A beautiful place within the forest where you’ll be outdoors and surrounded by like-minded individuals with loads of space for infinite workout possibilities.⁣

We provide a safe, organic environment for you to express yourself, physically, powerfully and playfully.⁣


In this place, you can find strengths that you’ve never realised; build relationships and communities that extend beyond a high five at the end of a workout; grow confidence that radiates far into your life outside the gym.

On Saturday 5th September we’ll be running this awesome and unique event for the 3rd time!

Something to smile about after the summer holidays?

East Rox is the best outdoor Hyrox event in Scotland - hosted at the best outdoor gym!

Your 1km runs are a loop through amazing woodland and we convert our space in the trees for all the stations you expect from a Hyrox event.

There is full event timing, so you’ll know where you could have pushed harder; each station is fully judged by a supportive team; there’ll be food on site, goodie bags and the all important patch for your bag.

This is a Hyrox event like no other! Better than the real thing? Maybe - you’ll just have to try it to find out.

Girl’s Fitness - Summer Sessions!

Strength and Conditioning designed just for Teenage Girls!

Through our work with kids, it became apparent that Teenage Girls need a space for themselves where they can train and have fun without younger kids or adults around.

So we created Girl’s Fitness. Using over a decade of experience we program strength and conditioning for our athletes that will help them be more confident in the gym, more capable in their lives and boost their performance in their chosen activities.

Our 5 week Summer Sessions start on Monday 25th May with classes at 5pm on the Monday and Tuesday.

These sessions are designed specifically for Teenage Girls to help them become stronger, fitter, more confident and capable - with carry over into their lives and other activities.

Women’s Weightlifting Club Intro Session!

Our Women’s Weightlifting Club has been extremely popular - and with good reason.

These are closely coached sessions capped at 10 people so everyone receives the coaching and attention they need.

Each session is totally accessible no matter what your experience, ability, fitness level - we provide 3 different levels of program so there’s something for everyone.

We’ve been running these sessions for a few weeks now, on Friday at 8am and Sunday at 9am and it’s been tricky to get in.

So on Sunday 31st May at 10am, we’re putting on a fresh intro for new people only!

This is Cat! Cat

Cat came to us through the latest Battle Cancer Program

Cat has been unbelievable on that program - attending almost every session and giving each session 100%.

In 2025, Cat was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer called sarcoma. A cancer that not many have heard of and makes up only 1% of all adult cancers.

Well, this year, actually this Sunday, Cat will be running the London Marathon. How amazing is that?! Running to raise funds for Sarcoma UK and to turn a personal challenge into something positive and powerful.
