Pronounced Viper, An acronym for Vitality, Performance & Reconditioning. At 1 meter high made of quality rubber with specially moulded handles, the ViPR is the Swiss army knife of exercise equipment. There are over 40 ways to hold the ViPR & in excess of 9000 exercises. No gimmicks or fads, ViPR is designed to be lifted, shifted, thrown, rolled, dragged, carried, tilted & flipped. ViPR is suitable

for *most abilities & ages (see below) with weights ranging from 4-26kg

He has taken various group exercise classes & has been personal training since 2008. In 2011 he set up his own business (Lothian Personal Training) and has over 10,000 hours experience in this field. Colin qualified as a ViPR instructor in the summer of 2013 and currently incorporates a little ViPR into all his personal training client workouts. He truly believes in the ethos of Vipr & not only hopes to create ViPR classes but create a ViPR community! It is unique, innovative, varied and FUN. Group training has huge benefits, as it fosters a real camorardere within the group & the collective can really feed of each other's energy. It is the only place to train with ViPR in East Lothian. 1st post for a while!!! I had Covid at Hogmanay so an extra struggle for me πŸ˜…πŸ˜…but great turnout for the 1st ViPR class 2022 πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ started this class 2015 so still going strong and 820 reps completed on Sat morning hope everyone is feeling good + see you all next week πŸ‘πŸ‘

Massive thanks to my mum + dad but especially my bother Jamie for fitting the mirrors, landmine + cladding around the folding Iron King squat rack ( that he also fitted) . He’s a hairdresser to trade but could easily have a wee side hustle as a handyman πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰ I’m biased but think he’s fitted the coolest workout space in East Lothian. Thanks again bro πŸ‘πŸ‘
