He has taken various group exercise classes & has been personal training since 2008. In 2011 he set up his own business (Lothian Personal Training) and has over 10,000 hours experience in this field. Colin qualified as a ViPR instructor in the summer of 2013 and currently incorporates a little ViPR into all his personal training client workouts. He truly believes in the ethos of Vipr & not only hopes to create ViPR classes but create a ViPR community! It is unique, innovative, varied and FUN. Group training has huge benefits, as it fosters a real camorardere within the group & the collective can really feed of each other's energy. It is the only place to train with ViPR in East Lothian.
