The HUB is not a soulless gym crammed with rows of cross trainers and treadmills. Instead, our bright welcoming space offers dumbbells, barbells, Olympic plates, sled and track, slam balls, kettles, resistance bands and battle ropes. Not to mention some of the best machines on the market – Air Assault bikes, Rogue Echo bikes, Concept rowing machines, Ski Ergs, curved treadmills - used within our group training sessions. Whether it's group training classes, pt sessions, body transformation courses, Bodystat 1500 testing or online fitness we have packages available to suit.

Do you think I can do it?

That’s how it started.

And if I’m honest, it’s probably how most people start.

The answer was always YES.

Over 1,500 Hub sessions completed, plus another 500+ PT sessions on top. Not just an incredible member, but a great friend and a huge part of our HUB community.

The last 8 weeks with our Level+ team have been unbelievable, and Ros has absolutely smashed every challenge thrown her way and been a huge part of an inspiring group.

Let’s look at what she’s achieved

✅ First ever 10K run

✅ Then onto her First half marathon

✅ Then Completed our “Breaking The Laws” run challenge 😮‍💨

✅ Became the first Hubster ever to jump on the SkiErg at 3am… in her pyjamas 😂

✅ and not forgetting Smashing a HYROX alongside Yvonne and coming seconds away from a podium finish

She’s one of our original HUB OGs, but 2026 might just be her best year yet. 🔥

Ros, we’re all incredibly proud of you. Your work ethic, attitude and willingness to step outside your comfort zone in this challenge inspired everyone in the group and others around you.

WILD HYBRID INVITATIONAL

Big results for the HUB 🔥

After competing in the Wild Hybrid Season 1 events, two HUB teams have secured top 10 overall times and earned their place at the Wild Hybrid Championship Invitational at Delamere Forest, Cheshire this September.

The Invitational brings together the top qualifiers from Wild Hybrid events across the country to compete for the overall title with no age categories involved.

Huge congratulations to and .mabberley who delivered an outstanding performance to qualify in the Mixed Doubles category.

A massive result as well for HUB coaches and who secured a 4th place overall finish in the Men’s Doubles and booked their place at the Invitational 💥

Brilliant event from start to finish with HUB members and coaches all turning up, competing hard and backing each other all day. The atmosphere, energy and support around the event was class.

Proud to have the HUB represented at this level and we’re only getting started.

LEVEL+ WEEK 6 💥

Every week our LEVEL+ challengers are set a challenge by the coaching team… and this week’s is a BIG one!

From Wednesday 27th at 9am through to Thursday 28th at 9am the LEVEL+ team will take on a 24-hour non-stop SkiErg & BikeErg relay!!

🎯 Target: HALF A MILLION METRES

The machines will keep moving around the clock as the team aim to hit an incredible 500,000m together.

This challenge is extra special as the team wanted to use it as an opportunity to raise money for Maggie’s in memory of our much loved member Craig Ramsay.

There will be a donations bucket at the HUB for anyone who would like to support the charity and/or pop in and cheer the team on. Absolutely no pressure at all, it’s very casual but they didn’t want to waste the opportunity to raise some money for a brilliant cause.

Euan brings great energy, experience coaching high-intensity group training and PT, plus a genuine passion for hybrid fitness, HYROX and performance training making him a brilliant fit for the HUB.

You’ll initially see Euan coaching with us on Thursdays, with PT availability now open on that day too 👊

We’re launching our brand new 12 week coaching programme tracks, designed for those looking for a more personalised approach to their training!

Whether you’re just getting started or want more personalised training and direction we’re here to help you reach your goals!

With coached PT sessions, clear weekly structure, and ongoing accountability, we’ll help you understand how your training week should be set up to get the best results possible based on your individual goals.

Our 3 SGPT tracks

TRANSFORM
designed for beginners or those who want to lose body fat, build lean muscle, and bring structure and accountability to their training.

STRONG
Build real strength and muscle with structure and purpose.

PERFORM
Build your aerobic capacity, understand your training zones and Strengthen your performance for your Hybrid race day.

Our first release is TRANSFORM and we’re now on the Lookout for 6 individuals ready to make serious change.

TRANSFORM combines:

Small groups of 6 max

2 set group PT sessions per week

Full gym membership included to supplement PT sessions

Simple nutrition guidance around calories & protein

Accountability, progression, and support every step of the way

This is not about crash diets or picking your own workouts. It’s about building sustainable habits, training with purpose within your small group week on week, and getting real transformation with the support of your coach and group around you.
