Join our young Minnows squad, perfect for swimmers 9 years & below, in year 2,3 & 4, swim school level 6. We are holding Sunday trials from 21st June 5-6pm.

On Saturday 4th July Dover Lifeguard Club will be hosting the swim event at the Dover Harbour Festival with the following event categories;

500m Novice Swim (minimum age is 11yrs as at 31st Dec 2026)
1km Junior Swim (13-16yrs as at 31st December 2026)
1km Senior Swim (17yrs+ as at 31st December 2026)
3km Junior Swim (13-16yrs as at 31st December 2026)
3km Senior Swim (17yrs+ as at 31st December 2026)

It’s always a big deal meeting your swim hero’s! 🤩

Last weekend Jack was fortunate enough to attend an AP swim clinic hosted by Adam Peaty and international swimmer Will Bell. He also had the chance to watch many Olympic and commonwealth swimmers compete at the AP International.
And whilst swimming at the LAC last friday Esme realised she was training along side these legends whilst they were getting in some training before a weekend of racing. They were all kind enough to have poolside chats with Esme and she came away with some precious selfies with them.
