Looking for a fun, active way to keep your children entertained this summer?

Join us for our Summer Kickboxing Camp at Sunninghill Prep School, Dorchester, where children can build confidence, stay active, make new friends, and develop their kickboxing skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Remember, grading isn't just about techniques and combinations—it's about demonstrating your commitment, attitude, discipline, and the progress you've made throughout your martial arts journey.

Believe in your training, trust in your abilities, and give 100% effort from start to finish. Stay focused, stay confident, and most importantly, enjoy the experience.

No matter what belt you're grading for, you've already achieved something to be proud of by putting in the work and stepping forward to challenge yourself.

Lead with integrity, show respect to your fellow students and examiners, and let your hard work shine through.

Our brown belts have been practicing circle sparring in Saturday’s class as they prepare for their grading in June.

As always, the students encouraged and supported one another throughout, while our younger grades had the opportunity to see what they are working towards on their own martial arts journey.

Every student showed fantastic resilience, perseverance, and determination — a great effort from everyone involved!

After an incredible tournament on Sunday, we’re now busy planning lots of exciting things behind the scenes for our very first Kickboxing Camp Out — now just 2 weeks away! 🥊⛺

We’re down to only a few remaining spaces, so if you’d like your child to be part of it, please book ASAP to avoid missing out.

The camp is open to all Integrity and Rising Stars students from both Kickboxing and Taekwondo.

For those already booked on, an email has now been sent with a medical form that must be completed, along with a list of everything your child will need for the weekend.

We can’t wait for an amazing time with everyone!

🥇🥈🥉What an amazing tournament! 🥊🥋

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success — from all our incredible helpers and volunteers to our black belts who gave up their time to support, coach, encourage, and help everything run smoothly. Events like this simply wouldn’t happen without you all.

A massive well done also to all of our Rising Stars and Integrity students who stepped onto the mats and gave it their all. It takes real courage to compete, especially when nerves kick in, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. The confidence, determination, and sportsmanship shown throughout the day was fantastic to see 👏

We’d also like to say what an honour it was to have both Keylan Kj Rhys-Lewis and Connor competing at our tournament. As always, they showed incredible sportsmanship, talent, and professionalism throughout the day. Not only were their performances amazing to watch, but they also took the time to help some of our more nervous competitors with sparring and encouragement. Their control and skill were absolutely outstanding.

And watching them spar each other was definitely a highlight of the day! I believe Keylan managed to even the score this time… so I’m sure Connor will be wanting another chance 😉👊

Our café also seemed to be a huge success! ☕🥓
