🌊 THE NEXT WAVE STARTS HERE 🌊

What a start to the Fresh Wave Kids programme! 🤙🏼

The kids absolutely smashed their first session today — loads of energy, plenty of laughs and, most importantly, a brilliant introduction to Jiu Jitsu.

A huge thank you to who is leading the programme for us. A lifelong educator and coach, we’re incredibly lucky to have your experience, passion and commitment going into coaching the younglings of Fresh Wave. 🌼🌊

And now… we’re going weekly.

📅 Starting Saturday 19th September
⏰ 9:30–10:30am every Saturday

🌊 INTRODUCING FRESH WAVE YOUNG GRAPPLERS 🌊

We’re incredibly excited to announce the latest addition to Fresh Wave…

🌼 Fresh Wave Young Grapplers. 🌼

Over the last year we’ve built a club centred around community, good coaching and creating a place where people can grow both on and off the mats. Opening our doors to the next generation felt like the natural next step.

Our Young Grapplers programme is designed for 9–13 year olds, with a focus on learning real Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

This isn’t just about techniques and medals. It’s about helping young people develop confidence, resilience, discipline, respect and friendships that can last a lifetime.

To kick things off, we’re holding a FREE Taster Session where children and parents can meet the coaching team, experience a session and find out what the programme is all about.

🕚 11:00am – 12:00pm

👦👧 Ages 9–13

Children should wear shorts and a t-shirt as the session will include jiu-jitsu games and activities.

As always, our coaching team are DBS checked, safeguarding trained and first aid qualified, and we’ll have refreshments available for parents who would like to stay and watch.
