🤸 ADULT GYMNASTICS IS COMING TO NWG ROTHERHAM! 🧡

Always wanted to give gymnastics a go? Used to train and fancy getting back into it? Or just looking for a fun new way to keep active?

We’re excited to announce the launch of our Adult Gymnastics sessions at Nile Wilson Gymnastics Rotherham, starting Tuesday 25th August 2026!

🗓 Every Tuesday
🕣 8:30pm – 9:45pm
📍 NWG Rotherham

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have previous gymnastics experience, our sessions are designed to be welcoming, supportive and fun. You’ll have the opportunity to:
🤸 Learn new skills at your own pace
🧡 Improve strength, flexibility and confidence
👋 Meet like-minded people in a relaxed environment
✅ Train in a safe, supportive setting with experienced coaches

💳 Pay As You Go – No membership or long-term commitment required. Simply turn up, pay by card and enjoy the session!

Looking for something fun to keep the kids active this summer? Our Nile Wilson Gymnastics Rotherham Summer Camps are back with a fantastic range of sessions for all abilities!

Whether your gymnast loves Bars, Beam, Tumbling, MAG, WAG or just wants to enjoy one of our popular Open Camps, we’ve got something for everyone across the summer holidays.

🧸 Nile Wilson Gymnastics – Preschool Classes 🧸

Give your little ones a wonderful start with our specially designed preschool sessions! We have three brilliant class types to choose from: Tiny Tumblers for energetic play and movement, Little Flippers for building balance and coordination, and Stay and Play for relaxed, fun family time at the weekend.

Every session is led by our friendly, fully qualified coaches who know exactly how to support young children. We follow our RISE – discover, explore, excel approach, making sure every child feels safe, happy, and proud of what they can do – all while making new friends and having so much fun!

We’ve found lots of items around the gym over the past month — including clothes, water bottles, glasses and more.

If you recognise anything, the items will be at the door as you walk in, or let a member of staff know and we’ll happily put it to one side for you.

Any unclaimed items will be donated to our local charity shop by the end of the week. Thank you 😊
