Under 11’s signed off their season in style by dominating a side that came out the top pot at Christmas from start to finish.
Electric start which continued until full time, what a performance, what a team everything was left on the grass today the boys were outstanding.
It’s been a great season losing just 1 in the league, well done boys as always it’s been a pleasure.
Man of match went to the lot of them, that’s what it means to wear the yellow and black, commitment, passion, ability and teamwork. Class boys 🫶🏻⚫️🟡⚫️🟡

Under 11’s season came to an abrupt end today going out of the cup narrowly losing 3-2.

On the day we couldn’t get it done despite hitting the woodwork 3 times, missing a pen and having a goal ruled off for offside. Everything bar the kitchen sink in the second half was thrown but the footballing gods weren’t on our side.

Man of the match went to Noah.
He worked really hard all game, bags of energy and great work, he scored a great goal.

Parents man of the match was a tie, Noah again and Louis. Louis was cool calm and collected, great in possession an strong in the tackle and very nearly got us level after walloping the bar.

Well done lads, we’ve had a great season overall, back next year, bigger, better & stronger 🫶🏻⚫️🟡

Our under 11’s had to do it ugly today but they got the job done.
We started really well, went in front and then just stopped doing the things we were doing well. Credit to lads though second half they dug in and showed character to keep our momentum rolling.
Man of match went to Cooper and Finn, second half they led the line well, worked hard, were always available for the ball and held it up to allow others to get forward.
Parents man of match went to Harry, good composed performance today and got us off the mark early on.

Well done lads ⚫️🟡

Back on the horse today for the Under 11’s, fortress Blackouts continues.
First half we were in second gear an had loads more to give and the boys delivered in the second half, workrate improved, teamwork improved and the boys enjoyed themselves.
Todays man of the match went to Finn, good display at the back, calm in possession and distributed well moved up top for last ten and made his mark at the other end.
Todays parents man of the match went to Noah, he really grew into the game and got a couple of rewards in the second half, his workrate up and down was excellent, clinical in front of goal and he played with the biggest smile on his face.
Well done lads, solid performance, good team display ⚫️🟡

We’re back on home soil tomorrow against Sheffield Rangers.

If tomorrow’s game is like all our previous matches against Rangers there’ll be goals and exciting football.

Tough day for our under 11’s today in really poor conditions.
Some positives to take though, the boys were together until the end which showed great character.
Coops was man of the match, another determined display from our front man who worked incredibly hard as always and get his reward.
Parents man of match went to Louis who played really well and was composed enough to get his first goal in yellow and black.
Well done boys, not our day but we move forward, keep working, keep smiling and do it as a team ⚫️🟡

We’re on our travels tomorrow away at Steel City Dons this will be our first meeting.

If this goes anything like our recent matches this promises to be an exciting match up.

Fortress Blackout continues for our Under 11’s.
Controlled the game throughout but went up another gear in the second half. Good display and brilliant to see the boys playing confident football.
Todays man of match went to 2 they were both outstanding down our right hand side, Rowan was brilliant, made good use of the ball and worked incredibly hard up and down the wing and got his reward halfway through the second half.
Max is the next up and he also got parents man of the match, by far Max’s best game for Dinnington he was rugged, determined, calm in possession it was a superb display from right back, well done lads.
Great again boys today, keep smiling, keep working hard and most importantly we do together as a team. ⚫️🟡
