One year celebration of power assisted fitness at Club Rhyl brings exciting new offer to members
DLL are celebrating the one year anniversary of their popular power assisted exercise technology brand 'Assist Fit' at Club Rhyl, with the launch of a range of new memberships starting from only £9.99 per month.
Assist Fit, which is located at Club Rhyl, is designed to be the perfect solution for those living with long term conditions and those who do not feel ready for a traditional gym environment. Power assisted exercise technology is safe for all abilities, as users do not need to provide the motive force to overcome inertia. There are no weight stacks to control, just safe and effective technology, providing active assisted range of motion for end users. Using Assist Fit can help to build confidence and help members to potentially progress to further activities in the future. To celebrate the success of Assist Fit, DLL is launching three new memberships, including a Couples membership and a weekend membership. Memberships start at £9.99 and are available from 8th June.
In its first year, Assist Fit has proved hugely popular within the local community, providing not only positive health benefits, but also an opportunity to socialise with other members. Over the intial twelve months, feedback from users has been exceptional, with many visiting regularly and finding the gym a comfortable and accessible space, allowing them to engage in regular exercise and create positive behaviour changes.
