After an amazing era of fun fitness sessions with fabulous customers and instructors we have reached our final weeks. Exactly 8 years to the day of opening, Beach Body Studio will be closed.

I know I am speaking on behalf of all instructors that have worked at the Studio through the years when I say that it has been an absolute pleasure and a privilege to get to know you all and to be able to help in whichever small way we could ♥️🖤

We will most definitely have to organise a Christmas get together and maybe a farewell fun day like laser quest to ensure we all keep in touch. Much love to you all and thank you for your support through the years 🙏🏻 ###

Classes will be getting a bit of an overhaul NEXT week. As Sonia will be taking over Lower Body Blast she will be incorporating the B***y Bands into many of these sessions - with that in mind Fridays will become HIIT based Interval Training (Body Blast).

That leaves one question: Wednesdays...
