With all the fantastic equipment to hand it always amazes me that the BOX gets the most attention , jumping over , on top of it, sitting on it , hiding behind it or just moving it about .
Reminds of a Christmas and a massive cardboard box which became a car or maybe a ship and was played with for weeks , before it gave up ! Anyway come and say hello to the BOX and do some Ju Jitsu in between, first lesson is free so nothing to loose and a lot to gain .

Well Friday has come and the end of the first week at our new venue. What a great martial arts gym Denbigh has got .
We still train traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu now on a Wednesday night and at a slightly earlier time of 6-7pm , Adults and secondary school age juniors. Why not come down and have a free first lesson.
