There are now just 5 tickets left for our very first Pilates on the Pier event! With the sun set to shine, it’s the perfect setting for a 45-minute Pilates session overlooking the water, followed by a complimentary drink and an exclusive cocktail masterclass with Deal Pier Kitchen.

Our studio schedule is growing — all thanks to your incredible support. We’re excited to be adding new classes on Wednesday mornings, evenings, and Sunday mornings, giving you more opportunities to move with us.

Mums, we haven’t forgotten about you — we’re currently working on a class you can enjoy alongside your little ones🤞🏼

We’re also thrilled to be welcoming two new teachers to the studio, and . I can’t wait for you to meet them and experience their classes!

“Why do we do roll-ups most sessions?”

Because right now… the majority of us are still using momentum — and that’s exactly why we practice.

The roll-up exposes when the deep core hasn’t fully switched on yet, so the body cheats with speed, arms, or a little swing (I see you 👀).

Our Summer studio goal?
✨ No momentum
✨ Slow + controlled
✨ Deep core doing the work

We keep practising because one day it’ll feel smooth, quiet, and effortless - even if you can’t see it yet!!
