A 12 month study published in the medical journal 'JAMA Network Open' found that regular Tai Chi practice is better at reducing blood pressure than the equivalent time spent jogging, walking or cycling.
Over the years a number of students have reported to me that their blood pressure has fallen since they began Tai Chi classes.🙂
