What a fantastic game we had!!! An hours match with the 8 of us, so we all had a good fitness test and managed to stay alive 😂
Rach held her space as GS for 3 and had a 1/4 in GK too, receiving and holding onto some fantastic balls from the team and scoring goals.
Pol did her thing dodging her players and getting the C passes, did some spectacular feeds into the D and got some great shots in too!
Anna’s eye was in from the get go and smashed out some brilliant goals (as always!) she can shoot from anywhere!
Gem was always there for the pass in WD and found great space, always calling for the ball. She had some brilliant feeds into the D as WA too!
Emily smashed 3/4 in C, she did a great job at setting and controlling the pace of the game! Great movement to get free for the passes, and always working hard to find a way to get free to support.
Hannah had soo many great interceptions in WD, and picked them back up again too for the turnover!
Isla was everywhere in GD plucking the balls from the air and created us so many turnovers. She also had a great 1/4 in C!
Jodie held the fort for 3/4 in GK and a runaround as GD for 1 too, putting the pressure on, covering the ball brilliantly and getting some great rebounds!
The final score was 39-27 to Cricklade and our amazing Pol got a well deserved POM!
We gave their POM to Delta’s Sai!
