Same Thursdays. Same Fairview Fields. Same questionable decision to voluntarily run around a rugby pitch for 90 minutes. Just with actual matches to look forward to at the weekend! 🙌

🏉 THE COUNTDOWN TO HIBERNATION IS ON… 🐊🌧️

The evenings are getting darker, the rain has found us again, and we know it’s only a matter of time before everyone decides the sofa, heating and a cuppa sound considerably more appealing than running around a rugby pitch. 😂

So… make the most of it while you can!

We’ve got 7 Tuesday night Tag Rugby sessions remaining before the numbers inevitably drop and half of Cricklade goes into winter hibernation. 🐻🤣

Fairview Fields isn’t just for rugby! 👀

Throughout September, Polly’s Bootcamp is taking over the Cricklade Rugby Pitch for a series of outdoor, full-body fitness sessions. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, functional fitness, teamwork and plenty of encouragement! 💪🔥

No need to be super fit, no need to be a rugby player and definitely no need to know what you’re doing before you arrive — all fitness levels are welcome.

💷 £10 per session or £45 for all 6

Smashing job from Cricklade Cricket Club 👏👏 well done

THEY’VE ONLY GONE AND DONE IT!!!!

The U17’s came out victorious in a nail-biter against Cirencester Cricket Club winning by wickets lost 😬!

Our boys set a total of 142-8 from they’re 20 overs, and then with the scores tied with Cirencester on 142-9 with 1 ball to go they manage to take the final wicket 🔥

Up the Crick!!!!

The wait is over… rugby is back! 🙌

We’re kicking off our Minis section this weekend, and we’d love to welcome some new faces to the club! Whether your little one is completely new to rugby or already loves getting stuck into the action, there’s a place for them here. 💪🏉

Expect fun, friends, teamwork, plenty of running around and lots of smiles! 😃

Fantastic turnout for our junior section at our first preseason training on Friday, over 20 youngsters, year 7/year 8/year9 September intakes: learning teamwork, ball skills, communication, and most importantly having fun!

Any 11,12,13-year-olds keen to give Rugby a try; now is the time whilst it’s sunny and warm, come along and join the croc family, every Friday 6 pm to 7:15, no charge for preseason training

If you’re looking for something to do when cricket training finishes and to burn off some of the excess holiday energy, CRFC are running touch rugby and pre-season training sessions during August for September intakes of year 7/8/9 senior school children. No charges for the sessions during August come try out have some fun and join up ahead of next season.
