Last Wednesday before the Challenge guys

I need everybody there tonight, so I know which weights and step height everyone will need for Sat

This will determine the groups and order they go in on Sat, with 5 minutes between each group starting

And stop anyone from having to wait around on equipment

It’s a lighter session tonight - less running (to avoid injury)

The non running exercises will be at the maximum of 30 though
