Join us for a peaceful outdoor Pilates session surrounded by nature, fresh air and good energy ✨ There’s nothing better than moving your body in the sunshine with like-minded people who share a love for Pilates.
After our previous session was postponed due to the weather, we’re so excited to finally bring Pilates in the Park to you!

It’s the perfect way to spend your Saturday afternoon – move your body, relax in nature, soak up the summer atmosphere ☀️ and afterwards, why not head to the café for a post-workout matcha or coffee? ☕🍵

✨ £6 if you bring your own mat

We’re officially over halfway through 2026...
