PILATES IN THE PARK 🌳🌷🌞🌿🧘‍♀️🌼

Calling all of our lovely Pilates community 💌
Join us for a peaceful outdoor Pilates session surrounded by nature, fresh air & good energy ✨ There’s nothing better than moving your body in the sunshine with like-minded people who share a love for Pilates.

We’re so excited to be working alongside Coventry Council to help make Pilates more accessible within our community 🤍 Whether you’re a regular at our classes or completely new to Pilates, this session is totally beginner friendly.

It’s the perfect afternoon to enjoy with friends, move your body, relax in nature & soak up the summer atmosphere ☀️ And afterwards… why not head to the café for a post-workout matcha or coffee? ☕🍵

⏰ 1PM slot (arrive for 12:45PM) & 2PM slot
✨ £6 with your own mat

The body-soul reset is back ✨ Join Formi Studios x on Saturday 23rd May from 6pm for a Body–Soul experience designed to leave you feeling grounded, open, and completely renewed.

We’ll move through an uplifting mat Pilates session focused on mindful movement, core strength, mobility, and full-body balance. Expect a slow but powerful flow that energises the body, clears the mind.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll ease into deep relaxation with herbal tea and light refreshments before settling into a restorative healing journey. Guided by Chloe, this immersive session weaves together breathwork, meditation, Reiki energy healing, and soothing sound frequencies to calm the nervous system and invite complete rest.

This is your invitation to pause from the outside world and pour back into yourself — body, mind, and soul.

Please bring anything that helps you feel cosy and relaxed: water, a pillow, blanket, eye mask, or warm socks 🤍
