Apologies again for cancelling class! However I thought it was the right thing to do to ensure the safety of everyone! It's a hot one today🥵☀️
Here is a at home full body circuit you can do with no/limited equipment.
Format: Circuit training
Work: 40 seconds
Rest between exercises: 20 seconds
Rest between rounds: 1–2 minutes
Rounds: 3–5 depending on fitness level
Total time: 25–45 minutes
➡️Bodyweight Squats
Targets quads, glutes, and core.
➡️Push-Ups
Chest, shoulders, triceps, and core.
➡️Reverse Lunges
Great for legs, balance, and stability.
➡️Glute Bridges
Builds glutes and hamstrings.
➡️Plank Shoulder Taps
Core stability plus shoulders.
➡️Mountain Climbers
Cardio + core conditioning.
➡️Burpees
Full-body conditioning and endurance.
➡️Pike Push-Ups
Shoulders and upper chest focus.
➡️Superman Holds
Lower back, glutes, and posture muscles.
➡️High Knees
Cardio, coordination, and leg endurance.
