Another fantastic turnout at our annual singles competition, despite the weather. Would like to thank all the volunteers who helped out, markers and taping. Would like to thank Audrey for keeping everyone fed throughout the day. Huge thanks to Joan again for her tireless work with all the competitions held at our bowling club. The green was again immaculate thanks to our groundsman Ian, the green has been commended throughout the season.
Thanks to John and Claire making sure the day ran seamlessly.
Congratulations again to Liam Badwick for winning for the second year running and to all who took part.
Look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Here are just some of the kindly Donated raffle prizes for the Phil Jones Memorial Doubles comp! Raffle will be on sale at the Spar Cynwyd for £1 a strip from this afternoon and also Joan Jones will be doing her rounds with a raffle book. If anyone would like to donate to the raffle please see Joan Jones or Ian Jones (green keeper)
