I did something a little different this week...its been quite a while since I last did anything arty and so I went to do a fabulous Lampshade making workshop.
For a morning it was was being so mindful and creating something useful. I have a real love of highland cows 🐄🐮...so of course I picked out the most fun, slightly vintage,looking material. Guess what everyone is getting for Christmas! 🎄

So much choice of wonderful fabric at at the and Peri of really made the workshop easy to follow and a lot of fun 😁. Can't wait till I do the Gel printing workshop in January!!

Duke of Edinburgh expeditions and what we teach during this time goes way past just navigation.
It teaches a sense of responsibility, inner strength and belief in themselves as well as appreciating the world around them. It also offers time away from phones, tech and other distractions.

Most importantly it offers learning outside a classroom allowing everyone the opportunity to grow. I didn't enjoy being in a classroom, and I wasn't given the chance to do DofE, I'm just so glad I ended up here now. 🌲☘️☺️

After taking part in the She Ultra it proved that there was so much more to see on the Llyn Peninsula ! It was stunning...so Ross Adams no excuses, we wouldn't need my little van! 😄
