Following the recent AGM, we would like to extend a warm welcome to our new County President, Andrea Payton of Truro City Swimming Club ✨

Andrea comes from a family with a proud history in Cornish swimming. Her grandfather, Ernest Clemett, served as CCASA President in 1987, making this a particularly special appointment and a wonderful continuation of the family's contribution to our county.
We look forward to working with Andrea over the coming year and wish her every success during her presidency ✨

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to our outgoing President, Glyn Penzance SA & WPC for his commitment, support, and dedication throughout the year. Your contribution to Cornish swimming has been greatly appreciated, and we thank you for everything you have done on behalf of the county✨

We're delighted to launch our new Coach Education Series, providing coaches across the region with opportunities to learn, share ideas and develop their coaching practice.

Our first session will be led by Barry Alldrick and will explore:

🧠 A Constraints-Led Approach to Skill Development

This engaging session will examine how coaches can use a constraints-led approach to support skill acquisition, develop adaptable athletes, and create learning environments that encourage exploration, decision-making and problem-solving.
