Marvel Crew vs Rivals
Marvel Crew kicked off the evening against Rivals in what was a fantastic contest from start to finish. This was a closely fought game that could have gone either way, and unfortunately it wasn’t Marvel Crew’s night on the scoreboard. However, every player should be incredibly proud of their performance.
The team played with heart, determination, and great spirit throughout the match. There were some fantastic passages of play up and down the court, impressive shooting, and some excellent defensive pressure. While there are still a few areas to work on as a team, the foundations are there and once those details are fine-tuned, the results will certainly follow.
A big thank you to Rivals for a competitive and enjoyable game. It’s always a pleasure to face a team that brings such intensity and sportsmanship to the court.
Marvel Squad vs VCs
Marvel Squad came away with the win tonight, but it was far from an easy victory. Facing a VCs side featuring several new additions, the girls knew they were up against a strong challenge. The fresh faces brought plenty of height, athleticism, and skill, giving VCs excellent depth and options throughout the game.
From the first whistle, VCs showed their intent and pushed Marvel Squad every step of the way. It was a tight, physical, and highly competitive contest, with both teams working tirelessly for every ball. The intensity of the match tested the girls, but they responded brilliantly.
Through smart adjustments, positive team discussions during the breaks, and a determination to stick to the game plan, Marvel Squad managed to maintain their composure and hold onto a well-earned win.
