Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, Lakelands Hospice will no longer be able to host the Dog Show at our Summer Special on 30th August at East Carlton Country Park - Cafe and Shops
We completely understand their decision and would like to thank everyone at Lakelands Hospice for their time and support.
We wish them all the very best with their future fundraising activities. ❤️
The good news is that the Dog Show will still be going ahead! 🐶
After hearing the news, I reached out to Lynnette Ballantyne who has very kindly offered to work alongside Fly By Bars to help organise this year's Dog Show. We are incredibly grateful for her generosity, enthusiasm and wealth of experience. Her support means so much, and we're really looking forward to working together to make it a fantastic day for everyone.
This year, the Dog Show will also be helping to raise funds and awareness for two amazing local causes:
💙 The Big Blue Bus, run by Hope Church, Corby
🇬🇧 The Veterans Cottage in Corby Old Village
Both organisations are kindly supporting the event with volunteers and resources, and we can't thank them enough for getting behind this community event.
This is exactly what community is all about – people coming together, stepping up and supporting one another to ensure something special can still happen.
A huge thank you to everyone who has offered their help and encouragement. We really couldn't do it without you.
