🏃‍♀️ Average Run Pace: 3:23/km

First singles race of the 25/26 season and proud to come away with 4th place in my age group.

The running training has definitely paid off, and it's great to see that reflected on race day. Plenty of lessons learned and lots of positives to take away from Berlin.

Now it's time to shift the focus back to strength training while maintaining the fitness that's been built over the past year.

The work continues. 💪🔥

Whether you're a regular SGPT member, HYROX athlete, or simply looking for a challenge with friends, there is a division for you.

The Intermediate division will test your fitness, teamwork and resilience.

The Scaled division is designed for everyday gym members, with beginner friendly movements and no running required.

This isn't just about competing.

It's about stepping outside your comfort zone, supporting your team, and being part of an incredible day at Momentum.
