From gymnasts to inspiring the next generation!✨🤸‍♂️

Coach Michelle’s journey started just like many of our little ones, learning the basics, building confidence and falling in love with gymnastics. Moving forward to today and she’s now sharing the same passion with our preschoolers every week!

Coach Michelle creates a well-thought out preschool lesson plans filled with a range of exciting themes that keep sessions fun and engaging. Each class is designed to encourage fine and gross motor skill development, helping our youngest gymnasts grow in confidence while they learn through play!

Watching coach Michelle encourage, support and celebrate every small achievement reminds us how powerful role models can be. Her experience as a gymnast helps her understand exactly what our younger gymnasts need - fun, structure and plenty of high-fives along the way👏

🧘‍♀️Free Baby Yoga Classes🧘‍♂️

We’re so excited to offer a FREE 4 week baby yoga course for babies who aren’t yet on the move!💛

These sessions are the final component of Erin’s instructor training course and include yoga-inspired movement, songs, sensory play and a lovely opportunity to bond with your baby while meeting other parents/carers.
