Hello everyone

Hope that you all had a fantastic weekend. Wow what a class last week. Up and buzzing. My body still feels tight from last week. Burnt over 280 kalories.
Last few weeks we been working on understanding the music, finding the timing, Feeling the beat, understanding our step positions.
Positives effects of learning salsa is to feel good and gain confidence and have fun.

Good evening all.

Hope everyone is well. Spring is soon approaching us and it's so exciting. Especially spring/ summer bbqs and parties along the way. What a great time to show off all your salsa skills while entertaining others and be star of your own show.
