Step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through the calming presence of nature, ponies, and donkeys.
Join us for a gentle introduction to mindfulness, where you'll learn simple techniques to help reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and bring more awareness to the present moment.
✨ What to expect:�• Guided mindfulness exercises in a peaceful natural setting�• Time spent connecting with our friendly ponies and donkeys�• Relaxation and grounding activities�• Opportunity to slow down, unwind, and recharge�• No previous mindfulness or horse experience required
Our ponies and donkeys offer a unique, non-judgemental presence that helps us become more aware, calm, and connected to ourselves and the world around us.

Feeling very lucky to be spending the next four days with these beautiful Shire Horses and their foals.
After nearly 2 years of learning the theory behind Assisted Equine Services, I now get to see the horse/client relationship develop, the interaction between them and the process of clients learning about themselves and how they are in the moment, developing meaningful self awareness because once there is awareness we can explore what happens when changes are made and nurture the skill of self regulation. Truly wonderful work cannot wait to bring this to Overley
