Amy,s triathlon challenge 2026 for watershed RDA I’m a full time wheelchair user with
Cerebral palsy and has a sight impairment.

I will be cycling 60 kilometres using my adopted tricycle,walking 13 kilometres using a treadmill,using the rowing machine I row 30 kilometres.

Sadly my triathlon is coming to a end tomorrow. Iv hit my targets of walking 13km, rowing 30km and bike 60 km. In total I have done walking - 24.94km
Rowing - 39.18km and cycling 68.83km.

It was lovely for Emma, Kate, Emma’s mum to join me for the last walk along the path today towards my triathlon. I’ve hit all my targets.
Of cycling 60km
Walking 13km
Rowing 30km
On Sunday I will be walking 💯 meters around the riding arena please come and support me.
Once I get on that pony, I forget about my disability.
Watershed RDA is a special charity that makes a real difference, creating an environment where people can have fun, learn new skills, and achieve their personal goals. They support people aged 3-63+, with riding sessions taking place in both their outdoor arena and in the adjoining countryside.

First week of triathlon my triathlon I have done walking 5.52km, rowing 15.555km and cycling 28.4km towards my challenge.

2 week week I have done rowing 15.602km
cycling 29.77km and walking 4.91km.

Going into week 3 all is going well.
