🔹Huge congratulations to Steve on hitting 300 sessions at B Fit

🔹When Steve first joined B Fit after his regular fitness classes came to an end, he wasn’t quite sure how long he’d stick around… but our early morning sessions fitted perfectly around his busy schedule, and 300 sessions later, here we are!

🔹 Steve works hard, pushes himself consistently and is always setting himself new goals to work towards.

🔹As a goal-based coaching business, that mindset fits perfectly with the coaching team, who really enjoy helping Steve progress and achieve what he sets out to do.

🔹300 Club milestone for our lovely client Ana D

🔹Ana has now completed 300 sessions at B Fit, a brilliant achievement that reflects years of consistency, commitment, and showing up for herself.

🔹A busy lady who is indispensable to her family, Ana first joined us wanting to improve her balance, stability and overall strength. After taking a break, she came back in to train after a chance meeting in WH Smith! 😊

🔹Like many of us, finding time for herself hasn’t always been easy, but she’s worked hard to make her training a priority, and the results have followed.

🔹Over the years, Ana has become noticeably stronger, fitter and more confident in her movement, with huge improvements in her balance and stability too.

🔹We’re really proud to have been part of that journey.

🔹From newbie in 2025 to Member of the Month in May 2026... not bad going at all!

🔹Rob joined B Fit after achieving significant weight loss and wanting to learn more about strength training. Since then, he has gone from strength to strength.

🔹What has stood out most is Rob’s willingness to learn. He’s been patient, consistent, and committed to improving his form and technique, understanding that long-term progress comes from building a strong foundation.

🔹Along the way, he’s built great connections within the B Fit community, making new friends and fully embracing studio life. Now training three times a week and even introducing his wife to B Fit, he’s made fitness an important part of his routine.

🔹Rob, it’s been a pleasure working with you and watching your progress over the last year. This award is thoroughly deserved, and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter of your fitness journey looks like.

🔹Jan joined B Fit to kickstart her health and fitness… and hasn’t looked back since.

🔹From her first sessions, Jan has fully bought into the process. Training across Small Group, BURN, and Women’s Fitness, she’s steadily built strength, improved her fitness, and grown in confidence week by week.

🔹What really stands out is her resilience. Like most people, she has had a few bumps along the way, but each time, Jan reset, recommitted, and kept moving forward.

🔹Jan trains with focus and intent, but always has time for others, welcoming new members and helping set the tone in sessions.

🔹300 sessions is no small milestone and this one is thoroughly earned.

🔹Welcome to the 300 Club – Karan C

🔹A big congratulations to Karan on reaching 300 sessions, a milestone she was genuinely so pleased to hit.

🔹Karan joined B Fit with no gym experience, simply looking to improve her shoulder mobility and overall fitness.

🔹From day one, she committed to learning, improving, and building confidence in her training.

🔹Her journey hasn’t been without challenges. A health setback meant time away and a period of recovery, but Karan handled it with real patience and determination.

🔹When she returned to training, we worked closely with her to rebuild, starting with a personalised rehab programme focused on safe, steady progress. She listened, trusted the process, and took things at the right pace.

🔹This milestone is about more than just sessions; it’s about resilience, consistency, and not giving up when things get tough.

🔹And finally, our biggest moment of the night, Member of the Year 2025 went to Lynn G

🔹Nominated alongside Liz N and Brendan M by the coaching team, Lynn was genuinely thrilled to take the title this year, sharing how much she values the inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that makes B Fit feel like such a community.

🔹Since joining us in 2024, Lynn’s journey has been a brilliant one to watch. She’s not only made fantastic progress in her own training, but has also become a familiar, friendly and much-loved part of the B Fit family.

🔹With a love of travel, music, theatre, art, and of course rugby, Lynn is always great company in sessions; the coaches often joke that she manages to catch up with just about everyone while she trains!

🔹When she first joined on a 6-week introduction, Lynn wasn’t sure she’d make it to the end… fast forward to today, and she’s just celebrated her two-year anniversary with us.

🔹Now moving with more confidence and improved agility, she has stepped into sessions she never imagined herself doing, including BoxFit - she’s even got her own gloves!

🔹A real pleasure to coach and a perfect example of what the B Fit community is all about.

🔹Continuing our 2025 Awards shout-outs, this time it’s our Coaches’ Member of the Year 2025, Claire J.

🔹This award is chosen by the coaching team and recognises a client who has fully embraced the training process, shown consistent effort throughout the year, and demonstrated real commitment to their progress.

🔹Claire has progressed hugely since those first tentative steps into the studio. Over time, we’ve seen her confidence grow alongside her strength, fitness, and enjoyment of training.

🔹She’s become a consistent and committed client, always willing to challenge herself and step outside her comfort zone in sessions.

🔹Her commitment and resilience over the past year have been outstanding, and the results speak for themselves. She’s stronger, fitter, more confident, and now throws herself into sessions and challenges that might once have felt completely out of reach.

🔹What’s been especially impressive is the way Claire has embraced the whole process, not just the workouts themselves, but the lifestyle habits, consistency, and mindset that support long-term progress.
