We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we manage the situation.

Sharon Clinch BHS stage 4 Instructor, UKCC level 3 coach, qualified dressage judge and former British Dressage Youth Assessor coach

My passion for riding started at the age of 9 and I was lucky to have my first pony at the age of 14. I always knew I wanted a career with horses and have a lot to thank Cardiff Riding School for as it helped to shape the start of my riding and teaching career. Whilst teaching at the school for many years and also competing, I then trained as a dressage judge but I have always returned to my roots at the riding school, and our wonderful horses and ponies who have taught me so much.
These days you will find me more in the office but I still love to see the pleasure our horses and ponies bring especially when I teach.

Rhiannon Price (Rhan)
Instructor (BHS PTT)

I’ve been fortunate to have horses in my life since childhood, and they have brought me so much enjoyment along the way. I grew up taking part in Pony Club and local riding clubs before becoming a student at CCRS, where I had a wonderful opportunity to learn and develop my skills. I then continued my training at Talland as a working student for Pammy Hutton, building on those valuable foundations.

Teaching horse riding is something I truly love. Sharing my passion and helping clients grow in confidence and ability is incredibly rewarding. My aim is to make every lesson welcoming, enjoyable and educational, so each rider leaves with a smile and something new to take away.

Ruth Gladman stage 4 in complete horsemanship (instructor)

I’ve been involved with the riding school since 1989. Loving my weekly lessons as a child. Then progressing to helping on the yard, then yard staff and now coach. I have my stage 4 complete horsemanship qualification. I love coaching as for me it’s all about having fun, getting outside and enjoying riding.
I have competed in showjumping, eventing and dressage and have even been on the Welsh team a few teams with my homebred horse Kota. I enjoy breeding sports ponies at home and training my sheepdog Sky in my spare time.
