Great day spent down Cardiff Arms Park with Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation. Thanks to all new and old friends who came down to participate and support.

Excited to announce we are taking part in a taster session at Cardiff Arms Park on the 12th April.

This weekend we have the final game of the season vs Port Talbot Panthers

Sincere thanks to our friends the Dragons A L L S T A R S for agreeing to get involved so we can get the game on.

If you are interested in Mixed Ability Rugby then do come down and say hello at Briton Ferry RFC on Sunday, with three great teams being represented there is a team for you.

Thanks to everyone who made yesterday possible. Our Hosts Briton Ferry RFC were brilliant. It was a great example how rugby can be for everyone. Whether it's touch, walking or mixed ability rugby there is a club that's right for you. Pontypridd Pendragons Llandaff RFC

Congrats to the Port Talbot Panthers on the victory. A special mention goes to our teammates for the day Pembrokeshire Vikings. The new Chief Vikings kit will be availble in the club shop from next season!
