SAE Empower Coaching Bringing the spice 🌶️
Endometriosis → Hysterectomy → Surgical Menopause
📚 Expertise 💃 Experience
💪 Exercise ⚡️ Energy
↓ Reconnect • Rebuild • Rise To thrive.

From Burnout to British Vogue..... My Story isn’t just about transformation. It’s about what happens when a woman finally invests in herself. I’m Sahir, Founder of SAE Empower Coaching where fitness meets mindset, and Menopause becomes a rebirth, not a breakdown. I’m a Menopause Coach, Public Speaker, Pilates Teacher, Personal Trainer, Pelvic Floor & Endometriosis Coach, and Content Creator and a

proud Pakistani grandmother who rocks pull-ups and handstands! 💪🏽
But my life didn’t always look like this.
15 years ago, I was burnt out, depleted, and disconnected from my body. I was living with severe endometriosis, disabling migraines, and a heart condition, barely surviving. After being hospitalised with dangerously low iron and needing blood transfusions, I had a truth moment: no one was coming to save me. That was my turning point. I chose to invest in my health every single day, through movement, mindset, and nourishment. Small steps led to radical transformation. As I healed, I realised I wasn’t alone, so many women, especially in ethnic communities, were struggling in silence. In 2015, I launched SAE Pilates and Fitness to support women like me, overwhelmed, unseen, and burnt out. Now, nearly a decade on, my brand has evolved , just like I have. Introducing SAE Empower Coaching: a powerful rebrand built on the belief that you are your most powerful investment. Through my SAE Empower Method, I help midlife women reset their energy, balance hormones, overcome burnout, and reclaim their confidence, energy and strength, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Because:
✨ You are not broken. You are becoming.✨ You are not invisible. You are invincible.✨ You are not past it. You are a powerhouse. Menopause is not the end… It’sthe beginning. A powerful reset. A time to rise. Let’s rewrite the narrative, together.

A one-minute hang might not look like much. But to me, it represents everything it took to get here.

This Rebuild was never just about getting physically strong again.

It was about learning to Reconnect with Myself, Rebuild my Strength and my Health, and Rise with Confidence.

I’ve had to Rebuild myself more than once in my life, but this one has been the deepest and most life changing.

It’s deepened the work I already do with women, and my understanding of what it really takes to find your way back to yourself.

Over the next few weeks, I’m going to show you how I got from there to here, what I did, what I learned and what rebuilding has really looked like.

Because your body is only one part of the story.

Reconnect • Rebuild • Rise

Maybe you don’t need to reinvent yourself this September.

Maybe you just need to listen to yourself.

A big part of the work I do with women is helping them recognise what isn’t working anymore, understand what they actually need, and make changes that support the life they want to live.

You don’t have to change everything. Start with what would genuinely make your life feel better right now.

And if you need some help and guidance figuring out what that looks like for you, DM me “RESET” and we can have a chat. 💛

I really need to sort my life out!

And September feels like the perfect time for a reset. 🍂

My routine has been all over the place since surgery, and over the summer it slipped even more.

Later mornings, later nights, work spilling into my evenings, training whenever I could fit it in… and honestly, it just wasn’t working for me anymore.

So with September marking the beginning of the last third of the year, it felt like a really good time to reset.

Not overhaul my entire life.
Not suddenly become the most disciplined woman on the planet.
Just look at what wasn’t working anymore and make a few changes that would help me feel better.

And I think that’s important.

Sometimes we decide we’re going to “get our life together” and give ourselves a list of 15 things we need to change on Monday morning.

Then we’re overwhelmed before we’ve even started.

You don’t have to change everything.

Choose one or two things that would genuinely make your days feel better. Maybe something that gives you more energy, more time, more peace or simply makes life feel a little easier.

Start there.

I’ve only been living this new routine for just over a week, and I can already feel the difference.

So this is my September reset. Nothing revolutionary. Just me being a little more intentional about how I want my days, and my life, to feel. 💛

What about you? If you could change just ONE thing about the way your days currently feel, what would it be?

AD | Turning 50, alongside everything my recent health challenges have taught me, has made me think differently about time.

Not just about getting older, but about the years I hope I still have ahead of me.

There’s still so much I want to do. So many places I want to travel. So many memories I still want to make with the people I love.

So I was genuinely surprised to discover that something I’d never even thought about before, where I live, could influence my life expectancy. It really gave me a lot to think about.

AD | I used to believe ageing and life expectancy was almost entirely about the choices we made in life.

How we move, eat, sleep and manage stress. And genetics playing a role.

I still believe those things matter.

But I’ve realised they aren’t the whole story.

Not everyone has the same opportunities to build good health.

Where we live, the air we breathe, the homes we live in and the environments around us can all play a part too.

That was a perspective I’d honestly never stopped to think about before.

September is the new January and I’m here for it 🙌🏽

After a summer of late nights, weekends away, celebrations, no real routine and absolutely no idea what day it is 😂 I’m actually ready for some structure again.

And if I’m honest, since my surgery I’ve struggled to properly find my routine again. Every time I feel like I’m getting there, life seems to happen.

But that’s rebuilding.

It doesn’t need to be perfect and it definitely doesn’t need to happen on a timeline. You work with where you are, with the body and the life you have right now, and build from there.

So September feels like my reset.

Not a punishment for enjoying my summer. Not an “I need to sort myself out.”

Just getting back to the things that make me feel good and continuing to build on how far I’ve already come.

Anyone else feel like September is the REAL New Year? 😂

Let’s rebuild together. 💛
