South Glamorgan Shotokan Karate Club Shotokan karate for all ages and abilities. Taught by chief instructor and Welsh national kata coach, Sensei Chico Mbakwe (9th dan).

We train traditional Shotokan Karate, covering all aspects of kihon, kumite, competition, and tactical self-defence. Classes are held in a safe and controlled environment, with expert tuition led by chief instructor and Wales national kata coach, sensei Chico Mbakwe 9° dan.
