Lot of love - progression and graft by a big number of individuals.

Jan 5 - I launched Youth S&C and each week we push 16 individuals in each class to help then push themselves into new limits and get comfortable with the uncomfortable.

My local Track and field athletes have been smashing their training and really putting in the work!

Pushing new limits and finding hidden gems across Sussex!

I look forward to bouncing into February without holding back.
