ZUMBA is designed to make you feel ALIVE! ⚡️ by getting you moving with joy and feeling in the moment!

The shift away from the warm summer can really throw you through a loop… hunting out a local zumba class, joining in and being part of the zumba team can really help blast away any low mood this causes!!

I’m back to doing three days a week of my class and it always warms my heart to be able to dance with you all each week…

The class is designed to be pressure free, just show up and have a lovely time dancing to great music with fun moves.. it’s that simple formula

If you like to give it a go the door is always open!

It’s on at 6:30pm and we meet at Fairlight Primary School off Lewes Road Brighton ..

ZUMBA RETURNS WEEKLY FROM TONIGHT!

I hope you’ve had a wonderful summertime! Just a quick hello to tell you that classes are starting back to three times a week! We’ll be dancing to amazing uplifting music and throwing some shapes to get all our joints moving! We’ll be starting off with familiar routines before cracking out some new grooves!

Last minute call out! 📣 A glorious hour of stress busting awaits!.. Air conned studio right in the heart of brighton (near Amex building)… Have had a few cancellations so would be good to pump up numbers if you’re free! 🤪

Back to the school next Tuesday and Weds so hope to see you back and energised for those.. bookings open!!

Open to all levels.. come and meet the team and have a wonderful end to you Monday! Come feel the breeze and look up at the clouds ⛅️ as we say farewell to the school for summer break!!! ☀️

Last Tuesday at Fairlight Primary School tonight! If I don’t see you - thanks for a wonderful summer season… !! 💕 It’s been a total BLAST 💥 - if you can’t make it tonight then we have our last session tomorrow at the school - I’ll email out details of the classes at South East Dance Studios - air conned and cool and such a wonderful space to dance in!!
