Having the opportunity to go to California in January was a dream come true. I had an incredible time and to top it off staying three weeks at Lake Tahoe, snowboarding. Words couldn't possibly explain the level of escape this experience gave my soul. 🧘‍♀️This photo was taken on one of our evening trips to the beach for Sunset. What a whopper' she is! Here I am challenging my inner Warrior. 🤸‍♀️

I had the most incredible time at the World Yoga Festival this weekend. It was exactly what I needed after the recent loss of my uncle. I spent the weekend with my beautiful cousin, someone I shared so much of my childhood with, and it was truly special to reconnect on such a deep level.

The whole experience left me feeling realigned and reconnected to my spiritual journey. Yoga brings me so much peace and joy. After stepping away from teaching six years ago due to a traumatic relationship, I’ve been slowly weaving yoga back into my life and this weekend most certainly rekindled that love and reminded me of my path as a teacher and how much joy teaching and helping others on their journeys brings me.

I’m filled with so much gratitude this morning for the amazing yogis I met, the energy shared, and the deep sense of healing I received. Truly, thank you. 🙏✨

Exciting News!

The past five months have been a whirlwind! Between performing and training to become a personal trainer, life has been non-stop. Late nights, endless hours of revision, and balancing two passions have been a challenge, but the finish line is finally in sight.

Happy international womens day on thursday just gone. Its great to feel strong! 💪
I never stopped practising yoga i just stepped away from teaching in order to develop my own practise. 🙏💖 This was not the best back drop but greatness isnt necessarily whats around you its whats within that matters. 🤩🔥

Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've put anything up here and that's been because my life has been focused on performing however the summer months takes a different turn completely and I will be back teaching paddleboarding and SUP Yoga.

As most of you know and new customers. I am a paddle sports instructor. I have been working for Brighton watersports for over a decade as well as being a qualified Hatha yoga teacher since 2018.

This year I will be working in partnership and offering paddleboard and SUP yoga tuition in a wonderful location in sussex, in a enclosed area of water. This will allow individuals to fully immerse themselves in each activity and gain new skills without the fear of open water and waves. Which is off putting with the tranquil nature of paddleboard yoga.

I'm here today to ask people how much they would be prepared to pay £££ for a two hour weekly session over four weeks? Due to a number of factors a one off session wouldnt be viable, wheras over the four weeks you can gain confidance on the water and life long skills. I intend to make it value for money as well as a unforgettable experience. 🏄‍♀️

I will teach the foundations of paddleboarding and offer a tranqual SUP yoga session. Each week will have a different focus and everyone will receive one to one tuition, the site offers free parking and tea and coffee. 🧘‍♀️🪷
