With a hot Bank Holiday weekend ahead, many of us will be out enjoying the sunshine, BBQs, days out, and maybe even cheering on a certain local football team this weekend… 🖤🧡🐯

Wherever the weekend takes you, here are a few simple hot weather safety reminders:

💧 Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water throughout the day
☀️ Protect yourself from the sun – sunscreen and shade matter
🔥 BBQ safely – never leave hot equipment unattended
❤️ Look out for others – especially children, older relatives and vulnerable people
🚶 Take it easy in the heat – don’t overdo it
