FITBOX SUMMER GAMES

50 teams. 4 workouts. 1 podium.

An incredible day of competition, grit, teamwork, and community. Athletes came together to test themselves, push their limits, and leave it all on the competition floor.

From the first heat to final workout, every team brought the energy and gave it everything they had. A huge thank you to all the athletes, spectators, judges, volunteers, and vendors who made the day such a success.

Congratulations to our podium finishers, and to everyone who stepped onto the floor, you absolutely smashed it.

This Saturday at FitBox we were proud to share our space with some some incredible gym communities.

Every single one showcased the tireless hard work their coaches, team and people, put in day to day within their own space.

Supporting each other is what it should always be about.

We are excited about this one.

MANBASSADORS X FITBOX

We have a new partnership with FitBox Horwich.

FitBox will host a training session every Friday 10:30am - 11:30am. These sessions will be free for members of the Manbassadors program, and anyone looking to join a collaborative support group.

These are our first fully inclusive sessions and can be adapted to meet the needs of those men in ‘open recovery’.

Fitbox are able to cater / adapt sessions to meet their needs to include men with:
- Parkinson’s
- Post op
- Military vets / amputees
- Chemotherapy recovery
- Cerebral palsy
- Neurodiversity
- post stroke
- post brain operations
- Autism

Sessions will focus on building strength, fitness, and confidence. Most importantly, it aims to create camaraderie, brotherhood, and a safe space for anyone to grow.

Thanks to funding from Sport England without this funding this wouldn’t be possible. 💪🏼

MANBASSADORS X FITBOX

FitBox Horwich is proud to announce an exciting new partnership alongside Bolton Manbassadors.

Bolton Manbassadors is an award-winning men’s mental health project delivered by Be One Homes.

FitBox will host a training session every Friday 10:30am - 11:30am. These sessions will be free for members of the Manbassadors program, and anyone looking to join a collaborative support group.

Sessions will focus on building strength, fitness, and confidence. Most importantly, it aims to create camaraderie, brotherhood, and a safe space for anyone to grow.

It’s okay for men to find things difficult, and its important they know they are not alone in the struggle. If you’re going through a challenge, the Bolton Manbassadors project is here to listen and help men find the support that feels right for them.

If you’re looking to get involved simply get in touch directly, or simply drop in on the day to access the official MANBASSADORS X FITBOX training sessions.

We finish the week strong here at FBX Horwich with a 90min HYROX session lead by coach with a blend of running and strength focus around the stations and the event itself.

There’s no slowing down for the BL6 community coming getting stuck in at 08:30am every Sunday 🚀
