Debs is a prime example of age is just a number and that the limits are endless when you tell yourself you can instead of can’t.

A key member of our legends programme Deb’s doesn’t stop there, she also gets involved with our other ‘mainstream’ classes on the programme making regular appearances on a Saturday engine too.

A personality and character that lights up the room everytime she enters you can’t help but smile when your in her presence, uplifting, supportive and amazingly supple one of her party tricks is breaking out the splits on a regular occurrence !

Deb’s is someone we all aspire to be in some shape or form when we grow up ! Keep doing what your doing Deb’s your a valuable member of our community and we’re proud to have you

FITBOX X MANBASSADORS

We are proud to announce our partnership with Bolton Manbassadors, an organisation specialising in supporting male mental health/ physical disabilities & recovery through fitness.

Every Friday 10:30am-11:30am we hold a session welcome to all men FREE OF CHARGE, no matter your training experience or ability, each session is coach led providing full explinations and demonstrations of what you will be doing within the hour. We start every session with mobility and warm up to ensure your fully prepared for what’s to come, there is always regression/progressions or alternative movements that can be given to ensure everybody can take part no matter your circumstances.

This isn’t just about getting ‘fit’, it’s a safe environment for men to come together and build confidence, brotherhood & camaraderie through movement together 🤝🏾
