I am personally one buffet away from being described as “jolly” and rolling out of bed now requires momentum. My body has entered “before” photo territory again 😂😂

So if like me your body has switched to ‘hibernation mode’ permanently , Your heart rate spikes when Netflix asks, “Still watching?” and comfort food is no longer comforting.😜

Unfortunately, you are not a bear, and spring is not going to fix this on its own...
