Huge Shoutout to Our Incredible Coaches & Young Leaders! 🌟

As summer comes to a close, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible staff and young leaders who helped make this summer camp so special.

From early mornings to late afternoons, our staff showed up with energy, heart, and dedication. Whether they were leading activities, supporting participants, or jumping in wherever they were needed, they were a huge part of what made this summer run so smoothly.

A huge thank you to Alex, Bayley, Grace, and Keir for bringing your energy, creativity, and heart to camp. The kids had the time of their lives, and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without you! 💙

We’ve also been incredibly lucky to have an amazing group of young leaders who went above and beyond to make this summer unforgettable.

From guiding and supporting younger participants to bringing enthusiasm, positivity, and passion to every activity, these young leaders showed what dedication, teamwork, and leadership truly look like. Their commitment to building confidence and creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment has made a huge impact—not just on camp, but on our whole community.

What’s even more inspiring is the way they’ve become role models for the younger kids. Their kindness, leadership, and positive attitudes have set an amazing example that will continue to inspire others for years to come. 🌟

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sports coaching, physical activity and community development, while gaining valuable practical experience and working towards a recognised qualification.

The role will support the delivery of community sport and physical activity programmes across South East and Central Northumberland, including Ashington, Newbiggin, Choppington, Cramlington, Blyth and Bedlington, as well as supporting our growing PlayZone programme.
