Blyth Jetski Club

Blyth Jetski Club Jetski Club We are recognised by Northumberland Council and are currently trying to build partnerships within the local community and its associations.

The club was formed in 2008 to promote awareness and enjoyment of safe personal watercraft riding and to give us a voice where required - a focal point of contact for local council, foreshore staff, coastguard and other agencies. Our membership is growing steadily and through the club, we hope to promote our sport to the public and other water users. We are a non-profit making club run by its dedi

cated members of whom the committee meets once a month and who donate their time and energy to maintain and run the club. We believe that all monies taken should be re-invested for the benefit of the Jet Skiing fraternity at South Beach, Blyth. All committee members are experienced Jet Skiers and we believe that a Jet Ski club should be run by the people who participate in the sport and not by bureaucrats or any person(s) looking for financial gain. Our future goal is to increase the launching and changing facilities for the club at the beach. You will find the club friendly and accommodating so if you are interested in joining, learning about the personal watercraft scene in Blyth or even if you have yet to take up the hobby and want to find out more then send us an email

Thanks to Billy Hewitt for the heads up on this....

Our Beach launch access is currently under threat at Beachway, Blyth. The current owner of the Beachhouse has erected a fence and narrowed the access gate with plans afoot that will eventually see this access point closed off altogether. As the last beach access area in the North East for PWC's I would urge anyone effected by this to object to the plans. Details can be found on the Northumberland County Council Website, ref. 16/02735/ful.
Speak up or be prepared to lose this access forever.
