Meet our rapidly expanding team. Not an unbleached eyebrow in sight!

Sara — Learned to surf before she could swim. An absolutely stunning longboarder and shortboarder, nearly done with her coaching qual and getting ready to come and run women’s sessions! Sara is incredible on British Sign Language, so is a huge asset to our team for anyone from the d/Deaf community who wants to learn to surf!

James — Perhaps the most impressive young person we know. James has been on the beach lifeguard programme for as long as he can remember and now competes with Team England Lifesaving at the age of just 17! Incredibly qualified for his age, James teaches swimming and is also a pool lifeguard. He’ll be fully qualified as a surf coach from next season, but you’ll catch him at the beach until then, usually the first one opening up (when he hasn’t broken our key fobs) and assisting on lessons.
