Our lovely new member of the Ride Team !!! You may already know her from classes (she’s an official Ride addict)
We asked Maddi a few questions so you can get to know her🫶🏻
Tell us a bit about your background in fitness !!!
Growing up i used to be a competitive swimmer at a Regional Level along side this i ran for Lancashire at cross county and on the track. Then about 2 years ago i got into hyroxs and competed in singles and doubles qualifying for the Worlds!! I then discovered pilates and fell in love and do it about 5 times a week and thats why i decided to do my pilates course!! ✨
What’s your favourite way to workout?
I love doing a mix of running and high intensity workouts but incorporating a pilates class for more of a low intensity but strength building without putting too much pressure on my body 🧘🏼♀️
What’s your favourite music to instruct to?
R & B / pop are my favourites!! 🎧
What’s your favourite go-to meal?
Chicken faijitas are a good go to at home but when going out i love a Japanese style restaurant🥢🍣
How do you spend your weekends?
I enjoy going out for a coffee with a sweet treat of course!! and walking the dogs or i am working at the coffee shop (fun fact Maddi actually owns her own amazing coffee shop @ !!! ) ☕️
If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
I would love to travel to Japan or Australia🇯🇵🇦🇺
