Football isn’t always a straight line.

After facing disappointment and rejection earlier in his journey, Ethan kept working, kept developing and never stopped believing in himself.

A versatile player who excels as both a centre-back and central midfielder, Ethan has consistently shown composure on the ball, leadership qualities and a real desire to improve.

Through regular TPD 1:1 and group sessions, Ethan has continued to push his game forward, and this season has been a special one.

Over the last few years, the growth of our female programme has been driven by the fantastic work of our coaching team, particularly our Female Lead Coaches, Molly, Emma and Beth.

Thanks to their commitment, passion and dedication, we’ve built an environment where female players can develop, grow in confidence and enjoy their football. As our programme continues to expand, we’re now looking for the next coach to help take us even further.

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic coach who can commit to up to 5 days per week and play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of becoming one of the leading female football development programmes in the North West.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a fantastic coaching team, support players of all ages and abilities, and make a genuine impact on the next generation of female footballers.

A huge congratulations to Lancashire Schools FA on becoming Quadruple Champions for the first time in their history!

A special mention to Ethan Park, Cian Pawson and Nathan Hart, who all played their part throughout the season in this fantastic achievement.

All three boys attend our weekly 1:1 sessions and group sessions, and it’s great to see their hard work, commitment and development being rewarded at such a high level.

A huge congratulations to Charlie Crookall, who has signed for Preston North End U9s for the 2026/27 season.

Charlie is a regular at our Morecambe venue, attending one and often two group sessions every week. His attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn have stood out from day one.

Week after week, Charlie has continued to develop his technical ability, confidence and understanding of the game, earning himself a fantastic opportunity with Preston North End.

This signing is a reward for the commitment he has shown both in training and away from the pitch. We’re proud to have played a small part in his journey and look forward to watching his progress in the years ahead.

Cian’s journey with TPD started as an U11 player, but his connection with Liam goes back even further through the Blackpool FC Pre-Academy.

Since joining TPD, Cian has embraced every opportunity available — from camps and group sessions to regular 1:1 training. Today, he’s training with us twice per week, continuing to push his development forward.

The recent scholarship signing is a reflection of years of commitment, hard work and consistency.
