Well, after a super start, winning the first 5 matches to go 5-0 up, West Craven put up an unbelievable fight, along with many missed doubles from us, to come back to 5-4.
The final match was real quality from start to finish between our very own Chris Bond and West Cravens Carl Bevan. Bevan went 3-1 up with the 4 legs being in 18, 18, 20, and 20 darts. Bondy then put the after burners on to level the match at 3-3 with 20 and 18 dart legs. He then followed up with a superb 17 darter in in the decider to take his win, and also get the 6-4 win for the team......well done indeed Mr Bond!!
So, with that, were back to winning ways.
Next match is at home again on the 11th October, against Reigning champions Oldham
