Our New Social Media Safety Policy

At Swim44, your child’s safety is always our number one priority — both in the pool and online. To help keep every swimmer protected, I've made the decision not to post photos of children’s pictures when sharing achievements on social media anymore. They will still be up on the wall of fame though 🥰.

I absolutely love celebrating their progress, and I know you do too. Instead of sharing identifiable photos, I’ll now be using a cartoon image instead to highlight their amazing milestones in a safe, privacy‑friendly way. (example below using a photo of me)

Thank you for supporting this change. It helps us keep every child’s online presence secure while still celebrating all the brilliant things they achieve.

Hi Everyone,

Umfortunately the heating for the pool has failed so Im closed for today and tomorrow while we try to resolve. 🥶We've had multiple visits from engineers and replaced parts already 😭 which haven't done the trick so hoping it will be fixed tomorrow and reheated in time for Thursdays lessons.

I've made a note of everyone I have had to cancel so I can prepare lesson credits etc.

Im really sorry for the inconvience. Xx

Its coming up to holiday season again so please take care when choosing your child's swimsuit. Blue, white and green swimwear is extremely hard to see in the water (especially when there is lots of activity in the water).

Last week was International Learn to Swim Week and the STA very kindly sent me amazing gold medals to award to two students who had done a great job in their lessons last week.

I have chosen two swimmers who are Lucien & Madeleine! Both are trying really hard to master new skills and are pushing themselves out of their comfort zones to try new activities.

Well done guys! I have your medals ready for you both. 🥰

11th to 17th May is International Learn to Swim week. Swim 44 are proud to be taking part in this initiative to get people all over the world swimming. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Swimming lessons are running as usual this week but there will be some changes to curriculum to focus on water safety.

The STA (who are the awarding body for our swim school) have also sent me two special certificates and gold medals for swimmers who do an absolutely amazing job this week. 🥇

So to be in with a chance to win yourself an actual gold medal* medal, show me your very best swim skills this week.

*absolutely not real gold 😂

Hello, Welcome back everyone. Hope you all had a lovely Easter break.

Its time for swimmer of the month but a little different this time as I am doing March and April together as I couldn't choose 🥰
