On November 21st, Jay “The Belfast Samurai” Snoddon travels to France to face Jordan Cocu for the WKN Professional European K-1 title at 64kg.

The rivalry stands at one victory each.

This time, everything will be decided.

Before France, Jay faces two major challenges as part of his relentless seven-week buildup:

🇨🇾 October 1st - Cyprus
A major WKN international event broadcast live on television.

🇮🇪 October 11th - Cork
Tadhg English at 68kg on the famous Siam Warriors Superfight Series - provided Jay comes through Cyprus injury-free.

Then comes the destination:

🇫🇷 November 21st - France
Snoddon vs Cocu III. The deciding fight. The European title on the line.

Three fights. Three countries. One ultimate goal.

💍 Dan and Jemma Tie the Knot! 🇪🇸

Congratulations to ProKick ace fighter Dan Braniff and his beautiful bride, Jemma Gow, who became Mr and Mrs Braniff during a fantastic wedding celebration in Málaga, Spain.

The sun shone, the sangria flowed, and we had the best day celebrating this wonderful couple.

Belfast will host the next generation of kickboxing champions on Sunday, 20th September 2026, as ProKick’s Champions Fight League No. 18 comes to the renowned ProKick Gym.

Young fighters from clubs across Ireland will step through the ropes to showcase their skills and prove their potential.

Hi Team,

Congratulations on reaching the final session of your 5-week beginner's course tonight (Thursday27th August)!

To wrap things up, we'll have a brief introduction to hitting the pads. Don't worry, our experienced team will do all the holding while you do all the hitting.

Please remember to bring a bottle of water. If you have your own gloves, bring those along too. If not, you can either purchase a pair at the gym or borrow some from us.

For those interested in continuing your journey with us at ProKick, we will explain the next steps after the class.

🥊 SUNDAY WELL SPENT — THE PROKICK WAY!

While most people enjoyed a relaxing Sunday, our ProKick members were kicking, punching and working their way up the ladder of kickboxing excellence!

Our young high-kickers were first up, showing fantastic discipline, focus and determination in their grading. Then the adults took over, putting their fitness, technique and ProKick spirit to the test.

Congratulations to everyone who earned their next belt - you worked for it, and you deserved it! 👏

A massive thank-you to all our parents for their continued trust and support, and to our brilliant in-house team - Adele, Jordan and Jay - for making the day another ProKick success.

Remember: if you have moved up a level, your class time may have changed.

Not the Three Stooges - Three of the Best! 🥊📚

A massive congratulations to ProKick Junior Black Belts Reuben Graham, Max Murray and Ethan Rodgers, who achieved an incredible 22 GCSEs between them!

At just 15 and 16 years old, they also have more than 40 fights collectively across light-contact, full-contact, low-kick and K-1.

Coach Billy Murray said: “I’m incredibly proud of these young men - they represent everything ProKick stands for. Huge credit must also go to their parents, who bring them to the gym through rain, hail or snow. They are the true winners behind the scenes.”

Success in school, sport and life doesn’t happen by accident.

Jay Snoddon: A Man on a Mission

There is no stopping Jay “The Belfast Samurai” Snoddon as he pursues his dream of becoming one of the best pound-for-pound kickboxers in recent Irish history.

Jay faces three major fights in just over seven weeks. First, he travels to Cyprus on October 1 for a LIVE television event. Just ten days later, he fights Tadgh English over three three-minute rounds in Cork City at Martin Horgan’s famous Siam Warriors Superfight Series.

Then, on November 21, Jay heads to France for the long-awaited trilogy with Jordan Cocu - this time for the WKN Professional European K-1 title.

Relentless, disciplined and always ready, Jay has already asked his coach and mentor, Billy Murray: “Can we fit another one in during December?”

First Europe - then the WKN World title - and after that, Jay is ready to challenge the rest.
