Push • Pull • Legs + Condition

4–5 Rounds:

12 Goblet Squats (Legs)
10 Press-ups / Bench Press (Push)
12 Rows (DB / Cable / Machine) (Pull)
10 Walking Lunges (Legs)
12 Shoulder Press (Push)
30s High Knees / Bike / Row (Conditioning)

Rest: 60–90 seconds between rounds

New? Stick to 3–4 rounds
Want a push? Increase weight each round

Today's Bank Holiday Opening Hours – Monday 25th May

Please note that Templemore Baths will be operating adjusted opening hours on Monday 25th May, due to the Bank Holiday.

Opening hours:

🕒 8am-8pm

Normal opening hours will resume from tomorrow, Tuesday 26th May.

8:00am – 9:30am: Swim for Fitness
9:00am – 12:00pm: Swim for All
12:00pm – 12:45pm: Aqua Aerobics
1:00pm – 3:00pm: Family Fun
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Swim for All
3:00pm – 6:00pm: Swim Lessons
6:30pm – 8:00pm: Swim for All
