💪 A huge congratulations to our Personal Trainer, Dee Bevan, on an incredible competition season.

Over the past few weeks, Dee has stepped onto some highly competitive stages, earning:

🥈 2nd Place at the PCA Irish Naturals
🥉 3rd Place at the UKDFBA Heart of England Open

What makes these results even more impressive is that this is only Dee’s second year of competing.

Competitive bodybuilding demands months of discipline, consistency and resilience. Early mornings, strict nutrition, hard training sessions and the ability to keep pushing forward when things do not go to plan.

We’re incredibly proud of the dedication Dee has shown throughout her journey and the way she continues to represent herself, her coach and Bawtry Gym.

Well done, Dee. Your hard work is paying off and we cannot wait to see what comes next.

💪 We don’t normally shout about bodybuilding competitions on here, but when it’s one of our own, we’re making an exception.

Leo has been working with us at Bawtry Gym for seven years. This is his final year competing as a junior, and he’s going out in style. Wins in Ireland and at the NDFBA this past weekend, all in natural, drug-tested competition.

Seven years of showing up and putting the work in, and right now it’s all coming together. We couldn’t be more proud of him.
