Details:
- £50 a month
- Zoom/phone call to get to know each other and give answers to my questions so that we can create a practical and enjoyable program together
- Weekly updated workout programs
- Nutritional advice
- Opportunity to message me with any questions or if you need any advice
- Record yourself doing any exercises you aren’t confident about and I will make sure you are doing it correctly
- Complete the questionnaire linked in my bio
- Regular check ins to make sure your program is working for you
How it works:
- You will fill in the questionnaire in my bio and then begin onboarding
- We will organise a phone or zoom call where we will discuss programming and your goals
- I will provide you with access to my coaching app and get your program assigned to you, showing you what exercises to perform, what weight to lift and how many reps to complete
- You then fill in the workouts and I will update what weights and reps to do the week after
- We will then have regular check ins to see how you are doing with your program and allow for any necessary changes
This is not £50 for a workout plan. This is full online coaching where I will offer my guidance every step of the way. You will be held accountable but it is realistic, whilst I offer nutritional advice and ideas I do not create set nutrition plans. To get the most out of your money and to use my services the best you can, follow the workouts I give you, update the weights and reps achieved so I can update them for the next week, ask questions about how is best to perform the exercises, record yourself doing it, ask me about what food you should be eating and other questions you have.
